Sales Medewerker
Samenvatting:
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will help develop, support and optimize our sales and marketing activities. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams to grow and convert the number of leads and expand the business. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales management from generating, qualifying and converting leads to tracking, measuring and optimizing the sales activity. You will focus on mapping and better understanding the challenges prospects are facing and the requirements within the market.

- Research and identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile
- Use your creativity and imagination to initiate outbound sales activities that stand out from the crowd, including personalised emails, engaging social media content, and creative follow-up tactics;Qualify leads and opportunities by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying criteria
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and opportunities;Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers;Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
- Keep all deal information and activities updated in HubSpot at all times to allow for easy and accurate real time reporting
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and qualification
- Continuously improve and refine sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams on lead quality and campaign
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Eisen:
- You have a strong commercial and customer service drive and are looking to grow in your career
- Industry experience (HR/Global Mobility/Recruitment) is great but not a must
- You have a solid understanding of sales cycles, tools, CRMs, lead generation and conversion strategies
